Company: Since opening their doors in 1946, Norandex has been a leading supplier and distributor of quality exterior siding, exterior accents, windows and doors. Challenge: Norandex developed a direct mail marketing program for their dealers back in 1998. The program used pre-printed shells and paper order forms that were either faxed or mailed in to Lexinet. The program worked at the time, but with new technology available, it needed to be updated.

Their challenges included:




Time-consuming manual entry of lists and ordering of pieces

Wasted inventory of pre-printed shells
Slow order process since order had to be faxed or mailed

Solution: Lexinet developed an online direct mail lead generation program for Norandex dealers called, Norandex Mailbox Marketing. This site is an online tool for creating, proofing and ordering marketing pieces that are printed on-demand using Lexinet’s iGen printers. The program currently offers both oversized postcards and doorhangers.

Results: Norandex now has an updated and flexible lead generation program. The new program offers a fast, easy and inexpensive way to create and distribute professional looking customized direct mail pieces.
