Company: Integrity Marketing Solutions (IMS) helps raise the profile of law firms specializing in Estate Planning with a variety of advertising and marketing strategies and tactics. One effective tool they offer attorneys is a monthly newsletter that promotes consistent messaging and brand awareness. It’s a turnkey process, with IMS handling content, design, production and distribution of the newsletters, while allowing each law firm to personalize its issue with a photo and a small block of customized copy.

Challenge: The old model of printing and using a different paper plate for each firm was cumbersome to the point it stifled growth of the newsletter tool. Law firm liaisons had to call in, fax or email any changes they wanted for the customized area or for edits to their mailing lists. In the end, the poor print quality of the paper plate wasn’t conveying the impression of a unique newsletter coming directly from an attorney’s office. The readers knew it was a “canned” newsletter.

Solution: Lexinet made the whole process more personal, starting with a user-friendly web site with 24/7 access by IMS clients. By utilizing four-color digital imaging, users can truly make every newsletter issue their own with a template that allows for:

Users can further distinguish their newsletters by downloading their own articles. And the entire process is more streamlined with a new account management system that allows users to bypass IMS personnel and make their own edits.

Result: Both IMS and their law firm clients are much happier with the flexibility and look of the revised newsletters.

Print quality is consistently sharp with no variable black “smudging” where there is custom content.
